Refond's Quality Management Center reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for end-to-end quality control and after-sales service across all product lines. The company has established a unified quality management platform covering its three major manufacturing bases in Shenzhen, Zhejiang, and Hubei, supported by four headquarters-level functions: SQE, DQA, Quality Systems, and Laboratory Management. By aligning quality standards and control objectives from suppliers to customers, Refond ensures standardized and consistent quality management processes company-wide.
Technical Support
Refond's Test & Research Center applies state-of-the-art theories and experimental technologies across multiple disciplines. Continuous innovation is driven in software and hardware development, advanced process development, and material research. Dedicated task forces are formed to co-develop advanced equipment, enabling systematic improvement from product design and process design to application guidance and testing feedback, effectively reducing failure rates and delivering optimized system-level optical solutions.
